Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! Verdigre is a short drive to Ashfall Fossil Beds, Niobrara State Recreation Area, Grove Lake and endless outdoor adventures including hiking, hunting, fishing, and eagle watching. There’s a small deck on the park side where you can sit and enjoy the weather. There’s also a nice sized front porch to sit and relax on as well. This house is on the Kolace day parade route which is the 2nd weekend in June.
