Roof Gallery Munich - Luxury flat

The approximately 150 square meters large and thus very light-filled loft apartment with a gallery is situated in a detached house in a quiet yet central city location near Hönigschmidplatz. The decor is tasteful, modern and high quality (Rolf Benz leather sofa set, modern solid wood cabinets), new high quality fitted kitchen, large bathroom with tub, separate toilet, parquet and stone floors. Washing machine available, dryer for sharing is found in the cellar. Due to the large kitchen and generous living room, it is very suitable for groups for up to 6 people. The apartment is centrally located in the district of Munich Grosshadern / Laim. A very good residential area with a short distance to all amenities of daily use (50 m supermarket, bakery, breakfast cafe, butcher 150 m, 120 m drugstore, pharmacy 130 m). The location is very quiet and green (urban tree nursery with children's playground) yet conveniently situated in terms of traffic position as the flat is located in the inner-area of the Munich Transport Association. From there one quickly comes to the city center (18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by car). The very bright, quiet loft is on the 2nd floor of a family home (of course with a separate entrance). Next to the bedroom for 2 people, there are four comfortable beds. Bavarian hideout near Munich!Great for big groups!

A two-bedroom apartment with a garden in Emmering, located near munich with 90 sqm. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away and the S-Bahn ride from the train station Fürstenfeldbruck to munich city takes about 30 minutes. It is perfect for big groups visiting beautiful Munich as well as the Bavarian uplands with castle Neuschwanstein! The spacious flat is providing ample room for up to 8 people. Free parking is available. Just a few minutes away, you will find beautiful nature and a bathing lake!

Attention: Currently we can only welcome vaccinated or recovered guests (2G) Our appartment offers one big, combined living- and bedroom (30 m² / 290 ft²), a kitchen and a bathroom. It contains a cosy bed (with 70 inch width more kind than queen size) and an additional bed. Smart-TV and WLAN connection is available in the room. It is located in the basement (souterrain) with windows to the backyard. TV with Internet and WLAN available. Approx. 20 minutes to the city center by city train.

Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Flur gibt es eine Galerie von der Münchner Olympiade 1972. In der Wohnküche könnt ihr nicht nur kochen, sondern auch gemütlich zusammensitzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück der Wohnung - mit herrlichen Blick in den großen Garten. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Arbeitsplatz. Neben dem Wannenbad gibt es noch ein separates WC.

Die Unterkunft ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem großen Bett (160*200cm) im eigenen Schlafzimmer, Küche, eigenem Bad, WC und natürlich WLAN. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Perfekt geeignet für Pärchen oder Familien mit maximal 2 Kindern. Nicht optimal für mehr als 2 Erwachsene.

Beautiful and good located apartment in Munich

Wir vermieten unsere 30qm große, helle und zentral gelegene Souterrain Wohnung im Münchner Stadtteil Sendling-Westpark. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen 2-stöckigen familiären Wohnanlage mit sehr gutem U-Bahn und Busanschluss. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Für weitere Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.
