The small convenience kitchen consists of a toaster oven, microwave, Keurig maker, full size refrigerator and a double sink, it does not have a range/oven. Open WI-FI, Dish satellite and ROKU. Sitting area on the patio. Numerous patios and verandas, and many places to " relax, expand and be at peace".

We have many outdoor activities such as fishing the lakes and river near by in the summer, bike trails, hiking trails. In the winter: Snowshoeing trails and so much more! Telluride, Durango, Rico, Ouray are all close for a day trip. Moab is even doable too to explore Arches National Park.

New construction, and spacious interior make this one place you’ll want to keep coming back to. Come stay at our beautiful tiny home located in Cortez Colorado. Whether you need to just get away, or slow things down, this is the perfect place for you. Fully fenced yard makes it perfect to bring your pets. Traveling with livestock? We have an adjacent pasture and loafing shed. Water trough. Plenty of parking for moving trucks and trailers.

The Mesa Verde Tiny House

Welcome to the Mesa Verde Tiny House! This cozy, thoughtfully crafted space features a queen-size loft bed, a large shower, bathroom, kitchen, and an open living area with a fold-out futon. Enjoy amazing views of Ute Mountain and Mesa Verde. Sleeps two comfortably; a third is possible, though tight and not recommended, as it requires safely climbing a tall ladder to the loft. This is a true tiny house.
