Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.

Abercrave, which has two highly-rated pubs, is the starting point for walks to the Cribarth Ridge and Nant Llech Waterfalls Trail and is perfectly placed for numerous local attractions.

It is attached to a bigger barn where we live, and another 2 bed opposite. No 1 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door is No 2 that is slightly larger and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
