Front porch, driveway and laundry facilities may be shared with people staying in upstairs unit. Walking distance to "The Pier" and park at the beach, theatre, library, grocery and drug stores. Comfortable living room has a gas fireplace and attached game room with a card table and air hockey table. Outside has a private backyard patio, firepit, pond and plenty of wildlife… and less then five minutes from Lake Huron’s beaches and boat launches. Use of a heated in-ground fenced-in pool memorial day to labor day is not guaranteed. Pet friendly with an additional fee upon approval.

Accommodations consist of a two-bedroom cottage (unit 2) that sleeps up to eight.
