Nouvelle annonce pour 2024 ! Nous sommes hôtes sur Airbnb depuis près de 8 ans. Nous sommes heureux de partager cette nouvelle micro-maison avec vous. La maison a été construite sur une remorque à plateau en 2020 et nous l'avons récemment acquise. Il y a 2 lofts avec des lits pleine grandeur et un futon qui est également pleine grandeur. Petite cuisine avec plaque chauffante, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes à convection. Wi-Fi et télévision connectée. Salle de bain avec douche. À 2 miles de la sortie I-15 Bear River/Honeyville (sortie 372).

Votre chalet privé est entouré de belles terres agricoles et de ranchs. Ce chalet, situé à seulement 1,5 miles au sud du centre-ville de Preston, est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre, admirer les montagnes et profiter du plein air. Vous aurez une vue spectaculaire sur la chaîne de montagnes Bear River à l'est, et vous pourrez voir et entendre des moutons bêler, des faucons s'envoler, des hiboux hululer, des chevaux hennir, des lignes d'arrosage arroser les champs et des tracteurs travailler dans les champs lointains.

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is also a hide a bed & air mattress.

Wonderful cabin located in Paradise, Utah. The main level has a great room with leather couches, fully stocked kitchen, half bath, TV with satellite dish, and large deck with gorgeous views of pond on property and the Little Bear River Bottoms. Basement level has gas stove, electric heat, two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. The patio has a grill, a large fire pit, and a large lawn area for games including volleyball. There is a one-acre pond for fishing, but no swimming or kayaking.

Enjoy a 2000' two bedroom walk-out BASEMENT with private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, aged pool table, home theater, and 50" TV, WiFi, and home theater powered by Roku. All this is completely separate from the house. Please let us know if you intend to use the second full bed in the home theater as it requires a little set-up time and effort. there is a single bed in the home theater you are welcome to use. This home is seven miles north of Logan in a beautiful safe neighborhood.
