Το σπίτι είναι 30 τ.μ., πρώτο στη θάλασσα, οπίσθιο, βλέπει στην αυλή και όχι θάλασσα! Βρίσκεται δίπλα στο κέντρο και τα μαγαζιά. Δε χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο καθόλου! Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα μονό κρεβάτι, ένα πάρκο- κρεβάτι για μωρά, μια σαλοκουζίνα με δύο καναπέδες κρεβάτια, ένα υπέρδιπλο με μηχανισμό και ένα μονό.
