Smith Cabin

Our property is 1/2 mile from Pratt. It consists of two acres with the Ninnescah River running through the North end of the property. We also have a shelter for hunting dogs. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the country location, and the amenities. Our place is good for couples, families, hunters, horse owners, business travelers, and groups. After our base fee of two guests, we charge $50 per night for extra guests 18 and over. This allows us to accommodate all sized groups.

Art Barn in the Country/Working Metal Art Studio

Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

Sand Creek Ranch A-frame and Cabana

The Sand Creek Ranch A-frame and Cabana is an updated secluded cottage + separate apartment suite (cabana) located just 5 miles from town, set on a knoll overlooking natural prairie grass with woods and creek behind. The upstairs loft houses the master bedroom with queen bed + full bath, while the main level below boasts an open layout (queen sofa and loveseat + full bath) with decks off all entries (1st and 2nd stories), allowing for wildlife observation and spectacular evening star-gazing.

Old School Lodge Room 2

Come enjoy a cozy stay in the remodeled 1955 Iuka Grade School! The 38,500 square foot building has a lot of charm and unique history. The original grade school offered 4 class rooms, a music room, a gym with stage, and a cafeteria. When owners, Luke & Caitlin Laha, purchased the school in 2018 they wanted to keep the school aspect while incorporating the "hunting lodge" feel. The lodge is completely handicap accessible! There are community restrooms in the school, one men's & one women's.

Located only 6 miles from town and next door to The Rut 'N Strut Lodge North, this quiet rustic countryside getaway is perfect for both long and short term stays. Unwind over flames in the firepit while enjoying a Kansas sunset or enjoy your favorite book or movie while relaxing in one of our oversized recliners or reclining couches. The facility is fully furnished and will provide for all your lodging needs regardless of length of stay

A quiet getaway only minutes from town and located next door to The Rut 'N Strut Lodge South, this is perfect a perfect location for anyone for any occasion needing a place to stay. We offer all the modern day comforts combined with an outdoorsy, rustic feel that's sure to be pleasing to all guests. Come sit on the west facing front porch and enjoy those beautiful sunsets over the countryside that only Kansas can offer!

The Loft

This home has been completely remodeled! This house is located 6 blocks west of downtown Pratt, and 2 blocks from Pratt High School and Blythe Family Fitness center. The loft comes with a large pellet grill available for guests to use, as well as a full kitchen, a coffee pot and Keurig combo, 3 TVs, and fast internet. Guests that stay will be provided with a keypad entry code. The Loft is a very cozy and modern house that will be perfect for your stay.

Remodeled basement apartment for workers!

This is a quiet comfortable downstairs apartment. It is fully furnished and includes cable and wi-fi as well as washer and dryer. The bathroom is brand new and includes a nice shower. You can enjoy cooking in the kitchen while you are away from home traveling for work. Would prefer a minimum of a months stay but this is still cheaper than 2 weeks at most hotels. Keypad entry for convenience! Will be open for new tenant(s) this spring!

DJ’s Duplex

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish duplex. DJ’s duplex is within walking distance of our local grocery store. Everything in this airbnb is updated. DJ’s duplex has the extra upgrades guaranteed to make your stay special. Enjoy the heated floor in the master bathroom, a garage parking space, a large pellet grill, and two outdoor sitting areas. This duplex is perfect to bring the whole family or for a couples getaway.

Clinesmith Cabin

The Clinesmith cabin is in the country just 1/2 mile south of Pratt. It is secluded off the county road. The inside won’t disappoint, it has a true cozy cabin feel. It has a large wrap around porch. If you are looking for a unique experience in the country, this cabin is the place!
