It is a split entry home w/ the Airbnb apartment door at the base of the steps & the owners' door at the top level of the stairs. The apartment (1,200 sq ft) features cozy furnishings; a spacious living room w/ a pull out queen bed, gas fireplace & TV; and a small kitchen w/ a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, stove/oven & microwave. The bedroom includes a queen bed & its own TV.

Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.
