This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. Trullo Ciliegio- "Il Colle del Noce" with pool

Our trulli are close to 3 fantastic towns: Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello (8 km). By walk you can reach a grocery, a playgrownd with picnic area. There are cycling routes, and farms not far from the residence. An aquatic park, a zoo and the Castellana's caves are about half hour from the house. The sea are 30 km from our place. You'll love my trulli for the beautiful pool and garden, where you'll relax between the olives trees. The rental is fantastic for cuples, families and groups

LA CASA DI SILVESTRO - Private house

Tipica casa storica in pietra a piano terra, nel cuore della Valle d'Itria a pochi minuti da Locorotondo, Martina Franca e Alberobello. Dotato di tutto l'essenziale più una grande cucina, due camere da letto spaziose e indipendenti e un bellissimo atrio esterno privato con zona barbecue. Situato in una fattoria di famiglia con erbe fresche, frutta e verdura disponibili tutti i giorni. Olio d'oliva, vino e sangria di produzione locale. Host ha varie esperienze pugliesi in offerta su richiesta.

Trulli Ad Maiora, charmants trulli avec SPA

Les maîtres trullari locaux ont redonné vie à ce lieu magique grâce à des techniques et des matériaux locaux. Le résultat est une propriété privée où vous pouvez passer une vraie expérience. Des fruits et légumes de notre jardin bio au kilomètre zéro au parcours de jogging à la campagne où se trouvent 1950 plantes indigènes et 45 oliviers. Du spa intime utilisable été comme hiver au majestueux belvédère attribué à la cour de la ferme où le blé était battu. Alberobello est à seulement 1,5 km.

Trullo Nonna Pina

Antico Trullo Saraceno appena ristrutturato adatto ad una coppia . In un’unico spazio e’ stata creata una zona con letto matrimoniale, una piccola cucina fornita di tutto e con lavastoviglie, un bagno con ampia doccia e una veranda privata con ombrellone, sdraie e tavolino . Il trullo non e’ isolato ma posizionato in un area con altri 2 trulli adibiti ad affitti (un piccolissimo villaggio) . Di fronte al trullo vi e’ una pineta con area relax e tanto spazio per poter camminare .

CIS TA07301391000004760 CIN IT073013C200039192 Il mio alloggio è adatto a famiglie, coppie, piccoli gruppi di amici che siano soprattutto amanti della natura, della pace, della lettura, della meditazione (e dello yoga): un invito a fare a meno della tecnologia (ma il wi-fi è lì ad assistervi in caso di bisogno) e ritrovare il contatto con ciò che ci circonda, soprattutto l'Arte e la Storia di questi luoghi immersi in un paesaggio caratteristico com'è la Valle d'Itria.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home.
