The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 12 is a the SMALLEST room in Ptown! FOR ONE SMALL PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a TWIN-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms, 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, No in-room sink We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

Filled with art and feng shui, our beautifully appointed home is tucked amidst vegetable gardens and flower patches. Outside you'll enjoy nature walks and beaches. Afterwards, you'll retire to a cozy bedroom, private bathroom, and leisure room with skylights, TV, and sofa to relax in. For breakfast you'll savor local specialty foods such as gourmet granola, artisan bread, steel-cut oats, and more. If you like basking on a deck or chilling on a porch, then this is where you'll want to call home.

North Falmouth Suite 'downstairs suite'

This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

Secret Garden Suite with full breakfast

We built our home in 1997 and have shared it with our five children, grandchildren and extended family. We thought someday when the kids leave, we will make it into a Bed & Breakfast and Airbnb has made the dream simply possible. Joining Airbnb in May 2016 changed and enriched our lives by the many travelers we have hosted and friends we have made. We look forward to being your host soon. We believe that the breakfast we include with the room rate adds substantial value.

Howards End - Room 3-2 (Queen Bed Shared Bath)

3rd floor (120 sqft), queen bed and shared bathroom. At most, there will be 5 people sharing this bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. Our rooms are for guests with a lower budget. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. The second floor of a Victorian Sea Captain's home steps from the 'Rock,' whale watching, restaurants & more. 3 suites, 2 with queen beds, one with 2 single beds, each with sitting areas, full baths, microwave, mini-fridge and TV. Please note—you do not have access to a kitchen. Access to a library/lounge, free coffee, sunroom and 2 patios. Hosts live on the first floor but our office is off the guest room hallway on the 2nd floor.

We are located on a quiet pedestrian and cycling dominated road immediate to the marshland along Cape Cod Bay - just north of and parallel to the Cape's oldest and scenic main road, 6A, in the village of Yarmouth Port. The entire second floor of the original"full cape" is yours via a private entrance. A continental breakfast will be at your door each morning, to be enjoyed in your sitting room or at the table on the terrace.
