Bear week and carnival week is a surcharge of $50 more per night. When you bring a pet there is a separate cleaning fee of $40 non refundable

This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am. Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property.

On the corner of Pleasant & Bradford Streets in the West End, and diagonal to Mussel Beach gym and Liz's Cafe, you'll find this bright, cozy stand-alone cottage just one block to Commercial St. and a short walk to the beach, the Boat Slip and the heart of town. *Please note from June 1 to Sept. 13th peak season there is a minimum 7 night stay checking in/out on Saturday.
