The property is a modern 4-bedroom villa on the bank of lake Apavatn & river Hólaá. Kayaks, fishing poles & permits included for guests. (Fishing is only permitted during summer). The house is 184 m2, with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with a hot tub & a seating area facing the lake. It includes free WiFI, smartTV´s, sauna, washing machine & dryer. Romance reigns in the wonderful nature here. We breed horses in Lerkiholt. Horses and foals are in the pasture with us and can be right next to the house. Please don't give food or tauch them ;-) It is close to two swimming pools, approx. 5-10 minutes. It is also close to golf.
