Kupatilo sa podnim grejanjem, koje je opremljeno fenom i peškirima.Takođe, celokupan objekat je klimatizovan. Smart Flat-Screen TV sa kablovskim kanalima, kao i pegla i daska za peglanje su dostupni. Parking je privatan i ne naplaćuje se.

Sa galerije se pruža prelep pogled na obronke planine Javor. U dnevnoj sobi se nalazi velika ugaona garnitura.
