The Cascade Motel, is a 1950 original Moter Lodge with an update. It's close to Central Redding, 12 min to Bethel, 4 min to the Bonneyview boat ramp on the Sacramento River, 6 min to I-5. This little cluster of Airbnb is part of a larger residence hotel with long- term residents. This is a quiet friendly community, welcoming sort term stays

Sit in a screened-in porch with a tranquil view of lawn & greenbelt with occasional deer, squirrels & wild turkeys. Close to shopping & restaurants. Off street parking with room for RV or truck with boat trailer. No pets are allowed.

Our peaceful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak and manzanita trees, 2 miles from Bethel and Simpson. With easy access to I-5, you can be at Mt. Lassen National Park or Mt. Shasta in less than one hour! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a single rollaway bed (suggested for a youth/child) upon request. Our guest apartment is available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
