Quiet country setting 5 minutes to Woodinville Wineries, Concerts, nice Restaurants, shopping, I-405. Occasionally you can see the deer nibbling on our apple trees (or my roses) and the rabbits eating the other flowers. It is so peaceful here but close (really close) to everything you need. We are 10 minutes from Evergreen hospital, and 35 minutes to Seattle.

Our converted detached garage has loft-like details like a metal ceiling, chalk paint and plywood walls. It is on Crestwoods park, the Forbes Creek stairs, the cross Kirkland corridor, and downtown Kirkland and downtown Juanita ( a little over a mile - long walk or short uber ride). The little house has a kitchenette with fridge, toaster oven, sink, and induction burner and pots and pans.
