We are located near the village of Headley near Box Hill, so you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks, whilst staying in a luxury hut with modern facilities like high speed wifi! Undercover woodland treehouse West Sussex

This treehouse is hidden away in 50 acres of private woods. It sits up high in an old oak tree at the top of a bank looking over a stream. Its the perfect place to get away from it all. To cook over a real fire and sit out under dark star filled nights. You won't need to bring any camping equipment, It even has a hot outside shower! There are lots of footpaths close by for lovely walks through woods and fields. The Dragon pub is a 10 minute walk, great food and a lovely big garden.

Underfloor heating is also fitted as is air conditioning and electric privacy blinds. This entire area and listing is completely private and not shared with other guests.

With little luxuries like under floor heating, goose down bedding and a cast iron wood burner together with a wood fired hot tub, fire pit and BBQ all within a private garden, Kite Barn is the perfect romantic getaway.

Located on the edge of a beautiful pond and equipped with a wood fired hot tub (no jets/bubbles) central heating, kitchen and bespoke outside wooden decking. The pod has WiFi from Three 4G. ** The electric is powered by Solar - NO HAIR DRYERS, STRAIGHTENERS, FANS ETC ** Also as a result on cloudy days we need to run a generator to recharge the batteries

Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.

The Granary at Coes Vineyard, East Sussex

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
