Είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης και έχει άνετο πάρκινγκ. 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης και 12 λεπτά (900 μέτρα) με τα πόδια από την παραλία Ρεθύμνου. Είναι πολύ κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ ( 500μέτρα, 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια), στάση λεωφορείου (350 μέτρα, 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια).

With great zeal and respect to our guests, we created a pleasant accommodation space with all the necessary conveniences. The studio is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.

Το διαμέρισμα απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη στάση του λεωφορείου και 5 λεπτά από σούπερ-μάρκετ και φαρμακείο. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να παρκάρουν ακριβώς έξω από την ιδιωτική είσοδο του διαμερίσματος στο δρόμο.

Everything you may need (banks, children's playgrounds, general hospital etc) is within a radius of 1.500 m. Ideal for families with children. Car not necessary, unless you would like to use the apartment as a base to explore Crete.

For this reason, in case the noise does indeed cause you a problem, we will provide you a 10% discount on your stay. Our bright, cozy flat is located at the center of the modern city of Chania, within the vicinity of the city's shopping center, the central bus station, the old town of Chania with the venetian harbor and the beach.
