Located on the first floor, it offers an unobstructed view to the sea. It features a large veranda, a bedroom (wi), a bathroom and an open space kitchen and living room. This stylish apartment is located on the edge of the village. The stables of the former Horsefarm Melanouri changed into 2 beautiful apartments (the Melanouri Apartments) and the charm still remains. It invites to relax, stay and cooking. The bath has a rain shower and a lot of space for body care. Outdoors you can daydream or eat under two big olive trees. Parking you will have on our plot.

It was built in the late 19th century and there is speculation that it was the residence of a nobleman. Ruby 'n Emerald studio's are spacious and bright with their own bathrooms. On the same level, there is also a shared terrace.
