The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Cute and cozy riverfront cabins with electric are available as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Cabins do NOT have water or bathrooms inside. Drinking water is readily available. Our updated and heated restrooms / shower facilities are a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily. Pets are allowed ONLY with pre-approval / additional deposit & nightly fees.

Stay in one of our cozy Casitas (tiny houses) that accommodate two people and are situated among a few others at our eclectic campground in the valley between Ridgway and Ouray Colorado. These tiny homes have a small footprint of 250 square feet but feel much larger due to the high vaulted ceilings. They are stocked with your everyday necessities such as linens, cooking basics and showering facilities. We have cleverly designed them to maximize space and hope you enjoy the loft views!

STR 2020-20 This BRAND NEW, modern yet cozy top floor apartment in the heart of Ridgway's Historic District occupies the second floor of a two story building. The apartment is ideal for a couple with 2 children- bathroom includes a tub and shower. The master bedroom has a brand new King Size Remote Controlled Adjustable Bed. The second bedroom contains a trundle bed in which the two beds can be separated or pushed together for one big bed. Please see photos of second bedroom.

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...
