Brand new apartment in Riem near the Messe, the metro (underground) and a big shopping center. N.B.: We have a second apartment that looks almost the same. Hello dear guests, We have a very nice apartment to rent with 3 rooms in an apartment building. The apartment is about 71 square meter big and can accomodate up to 8 people. This spacious light flooded apartment is modern, has good facilities and is completely furnisched. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a small freezer, a cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maschine and a dishwascher. The bathroom has a bathtub. In the living room is a 40" Samsung LED TV. The apartment has 2 sleeping rooms with each one a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 2 sleep sofas in the living room (170 x 200 cm). Bed linen and towels can be changed on request. The apartment can be cleaned during the visit on request. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. The main entrance to west Exhibition Center is only a few minutes walk (about 300 meters). The shopping center "Riem Arcaden" and the metro "U2 Messestadt Ouest" is about 100 to 150 meters from the apartment. With the metro, you can reach the center of Munich in less than 20 minutes. In the shopping center, you will find several restaurants, cafés and many stores. We are pleased to answer your questions. Note: After booking, you will receive via e-mail instructions to make your stay a pleasant one. Schickes Studio im Zentrum (Französisches Viertel)

Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

Wir bieten hier unsere komplett neu renovierte, stylische Münchner 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (56 qm) als Unterkunft an. Sie befindet sich in Bogenhausen, ca. 2km vom Zentrum. Super Anbindung über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Nächste U und S-Bahn-Station ist ledglich 200m entfernt, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig mit Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof und ist somit sehr ruhig. Hochwertig, gut ausgestattete Einrichtung. WLAN vorhanden.

Luxury apartment near trade fair Munich

The house has a private entrance and a wonderful terrace with a little pond. It is very modern furnished but still cozy. The garden is in front of horses so you have the feeling of the countryside, but you are within 10 minutes at the fair and 25 minutes in downtown Munich.

5 minutes to Messe/expo, beautiful, quiet room

Willkommen bei uns. Wir vermieten zwei Zimmer in unserer schönen Wohnung mit Garten in einem Zweifamilienhaus. Dieses Zimmer liegt ganz ruhig nach hinten raus. Wir hoffen, ihr fühlt euch bei uns wie zu Hause und genießt den modernen Stil unserer neuen Wohnung.
