The Hacienda del Sol is a Historic Bed and Breakfast built in 1804. The Hacienda was Mabel Dodge Lujan and Tony Lujan's first home together in Taos. Guests that have stayed at our Inn included Georgia O'Keefe, Ansel Adams, Willa Cather, DH Lawrence, etc. We have two big beautiful lawns in the back of our Inn with clear sunset views of Taos Mountain. We serve a delicious Gourmet Free Breakfast. The Love Apple, (A+ restaurant), shares our driveway and is walking distance for dinner.

Spend your day in charming Chama or nearby tourist favorite Pagosa Springs; ride our own Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad or picnic on the Continental Divide Trail. 2nd floor rooms with A/C & a balcony overlooking the train yard and mountains. This is the closest accommodations to the train yard in town, walk right down to the station. It is also walkable to most of the restaurants in town as well. Our rooms have an old west feel with all of the modern conveniences of the present with high quality furniture, artwork, and linens. The large bathrooms feature detailed tile adding a luxurious touch as well.

Every season is magical in the gardens at Adobe & Pines.

With plenty of room to relax, these are historic adobe rooms outfitted with one queen size bed and antique furniture, and equipped with complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, and flatscreen TV.
