This self-proclaimed gypsy was all about the Bohemian vibe with edgy colors, light wood and funky decor. Located in Riverside, this apartment is located walking distance to many well established restaurants and bars and the interstates. This is a self-contained one bedroom apartment that is 1/2 of a duplex. (side by side)

Our tiny house, in the heart of Avondale, is feet away from the amazing Boone Park and walking distance from top dining and shopping while a few minutes biking or driving puts you in Riverside and downtown.

Studio guest suite with queen bed and kitchenette in beautiful Miramar neighborhood, just 5 minutes from historic San Marco. Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

(Plenty of room to park Boat/Trailer on the nearly 1 acre lot ) While this unique retreat provides a tranquil getaway, it is also centrally located making it convenient for you to get around.

This historic country general store, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is within easy walking distance to art galleries and cultural events, restaurants, bars, night life, and family-friendly activities. This residence is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends (pets, max. of 2). We are unable to allow guests to host gatherings and house parties. Cozy King Street Suite Upstairs

Cozy suite with a queen bed and a private bath along with a private den with a futon, TV, and desk. The suite has a private entrance. The house is located very close to great nightlife in the Riverside historic area, but it is in the rear of the property and very peaceful. There are also several museums close by, and the stadium and concert venues are very close as well! There are great food options ranging from hole in the wall to some of the finest dining spots in the city.

The Captain's Quarters o|--)

This two story loft garage is detached and is set in the back of the property 45 feet from the main house. The first floor has the kitchen and living space, then walk up the spiral staircase to the bedroom with cathedral ceiling with track lights and ensuite bathroom. I love dogs and allow them with permission first. No pets without prior approval (pet fee is min $50 per stay or $10 per day which ever is greater) My location is a short walk to Starbucks and other restaurants.

The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Roku TV and Internet access is provided. The Avondale shops & restaurants, Boone Park, & the delicious Pine Grove Deli are just a short walk away. There is ample street parking in the front of the property.

2 BR Historic Craftsman styled Bungalow

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2 bedroom Craftsman styled bungalow in Historic Springfield. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The red sofa in the living room converts into a queen bed . There is a large dining room that seats 4 but can be extended to seat 6. A really huge backyard for pets, parking, bbq and any other activity that aligns with our house rules.
