Stroll to Rockland’s restaurants, bakeries, shops, museums, breweries, and ferry terminal from this comfortable 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house. The house has 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 1 twin/trundle bed. It is kid-friendly with a large back yard and a fully-equipped kitchen and smart TV, (but no cable and no AC), and PS3 with games. Camden is nearby and has a ski resort. 10% military discount.

Outside you’ll find a pleasant outhouse plus a gas grill, a large fire pit w/ seating, shed for storing equipment, and spacious deck. You will find everything you need and more in this comfortable seaside retreat. Access to the beach is a short walk away. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy. There is also a large back yard to play or relax in.

"The Lair" Guesthouse

"The Lair" is a just recently renovated small 200 square foot cabin with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. The building is located close to Green Tree Coffee and Tea, a coffee roaster, so the aroma of coffee will be in the air. We located about 400 yards South of the Islesboro Ferry and Lincolnville Beach and 2.4 milres North of Camden Hills State Park and Mount Battie. Free coffee and tea everyday, all day! We are closed for Winter, will re-open Mid-April. Thank you.

This is a spacious 1000 sq. ft. apartment in my childhood home that has been renovated in Spring 2020 with a modern coastal theme and well appointed with vintage items. We have a well stocked kitchen, cozy dining/living room with a 43" Roku TV, and full laundry. Try a pastry from the professional baker across the road, take a walk down the street to Crockett's Beach, or go for a stroll in downtown Rockland. Remote check-in available.
