Accès des voyageurs

The apartment has a private street entrance and access to two private attached patios.

Parking is on the street. Downtown Albuquerque parking is pretty good compared to many cities, so you will often be able to find a parking spot right in front of the apartment, and you will always be able to find a spot within 1 block. Be sure to lock your car and remove any valuables.

Échanges avec les voyageurs

The apartment is equipped with an automatic lock for your convenience, so you may check in at any time, day or night. The week of your stay, I will check in to give you specific check-in instructions. I will also check in with you via message throughout your stay to make sure that you have everything that you need.

To offer my guests privacy, I generally do not meet face-to-face with guests unless requested. At your request, I will happily give you a tour of the apartment, and enthusiastically share recommendations for my favorite places to go and things to see and in downtown Albuquerque, as well as the rest of the city and state. Please let me know as your host how I can make your visit to Albuquerque the most enjoyable.

Autres remarques

Downtown Albuquerque is a hip up-and-coming neighborhood that is undergoing revitalization. While we love our neighborhood's history, character and walkability and feel safe here, it may not be the best fit for all travelers. Please be aware when booking that this home is in an urban location.

The casita is regularly treated with organic, non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is over 100 years old and is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

I do not discriminate against potential guests based on sexual or gender identity, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, age, or disability status. If I feel that I can provide you with a great experience, I will happily host you!

We had a wondful time at Kelly’s casita. The location was exceptional. Quiet neighborhood very close to the Nob Hill District. Kelly’s casita had everything we needed. She provides lots of little extras. Kelly was always there when we had a question or needed a recommendation. Highly recommend staying at her place. Next time we will come for more than just two nights.

Very easy to check in with the digital key bad and everything is so clean and easy to operate due to the book kelly has made with directions as well as a guide to the city and what is around the casita. The hammock outside was very relaxing and all of the decorations looked like we were walking into a pottery barn ad. it was absolutely perfect I want to move in!.

Kelly's place was a great little gem in Albuquerque. The neighborhood is very quiet and not too far from downtown. It was nice to take a little walk across the bridge Sunday morning to get some coffee at a cute coffee shop called Zendo. The bed is super cozy and comfortable, which was so nice after a full day of driving and attending a convention. Kelly was very informative and quick to respond about her home. She knew we were driving from Denver and checked in to make sure we made it safely and were able to find the home okay, very thoughtful. We will definitely stay here if we find ourselves in Albuquerque again!

This was a comfortable place to stay while being in town for a conference at the Convention Center. It was nice to be able to walk each morning and afternoon to the conference.

The place is comfortable, beautifully decorated and full of amenities like the washing machine and iron. As a single female I didn't feel comfortable walking to/from the convention center even though distance-wise it was not far away, but Uber made it easy. Thanks Kelly!

I am a desert native, mama, historic building and fermented food enthusiast. The five things I can't live without are chocolate, travel, downtown Albuquerque, my daughter, and green chile cheese fries.

I love my home state of New Mexico and one of my great passions in life is sharing all of its beautiful desert magic with visitors! As a frequent traveler and AirBnB guest, I know how important the small details are, and make every effort to go above and beyond to make my guest's stay in New Mexico unforgettable.
