It's close to restaurants, bars, clubs, activities, Walmart, Dollar Tree, etc. Only $20-$40/night for most weeknights Nov.-Feb.

RESORT: Located directly on the Lagoon and has a private dock for fishing and docking a boat (first come, first serve, and there is a docking fee). Only one block away from the beach. Has a pool, clubhouse, 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, barbecue, outdoor dining and lounge areas, and secure gated parking lot. Price includes one parking pass (second one available upon advance request for $15). Stairs and elevator available. Luggage carts available. Conveniently located right above retail space so simply walk downstairs for restaurants, coffee, stores, salon, etc. Across the street from Ms. Newby's bar, two blocks from Spinnaker and Club LaVela, and within one block of restaurants, ice cream, gas, convenience stores, go-carts, attractions and more. Walmart is approximately one mile away. The resort is in a great location, on the main Thomas Drive strip.
UNIT: Third floor studio condo with a balcony facing the ocean (the view is obstructed). Has a queen bed, trundle bed (with two single beds), TV, cable, DVD player, WiFi, kitchen stocked with kitchenware and appliances (no dishwasher), dining table, large walk-in closet, large bathroom with a full shower and double sink, in-unit stackable washer/dryer, sitting chair, alarm clock and dresser. Includes AC, clean linens and bath towels. This is the owner's vacation home that they stay in part of the year, so it does have some personal touches. It has beach decor and some updates. It is large for a studio, cozy and affordable.

Attached to it will be a rental document, with information we are required to obtain (contact and occupant information) in order to register each guest with the association. Once the rental information is provided, I will send a final confirmation email and then you will be all set.

I am required to register all guests, so contact information and occupant information will need to be submitted prior to check in, via email or Airbnb message. Minimum rental age of 25, but message me for exceptions. No partying in the unit. No pets. No smoking in the unit. Smoking allowed out on the balcony, with the patio door closed. Report any issues immediately. Do not damage, stain or remove any items. Clean and put away any dishes you use. Throw away garbage and tidy up. Put all garage in the dumpster. Put dirty linens and towels in a pile. Do not launder any provided items. Remove all personal items. Check out at or before 10 AM.
