Bedroom #1 – Master Bedroom located on the 2nd level of the Condo – King Size Bed with Walk in Closet and attached Master Bathroom. TV with DVR and Cable Service. Desk with extra computer monitor provides a nice workspace if needed. Private small balcony provides views of surrounding mountains and narrow views of Lake Dillon.
Bedroom #2 –Queen Size Bed on 1st floor with attached Bathroom and full closet.
Bed #3 – Futon located in Studio Space / Media Room on the 2nd floor of the Condo – Futon folds to Full Size Bed with room divider available for privacy. TV with Cable Service. Direct access to Master Bath from hallway.
Bed #4 – Full Size Sleeper Couch in Living Room. Has hallway access to bathroom on main level - great for small kiddos. I don't recommend for adults. Of Course, the living room also has the TV with Cable Service.
Garage – 2 Reserved Indoor Parking Spaces in Secured and Heated Community Garage. I recommend leaving the gear on the car rack or in the cargo and being able to move quickly and easily to chase the fresh stuff in the morning.
