This is a modern and clean two bedroom, one bath condo in the heart of Capitola by the Sea. You can park the care in the private garage and walk to Capitola Beach and amazing shops and restaurants. Capitola is California’s oldest seaside resort town and a popular spot for couples and families that are looking for a picturesque, quaint and relaxing vacation destination. The nightly price includes the City TOT tax for TOT permit#16-153.

Le logement

Capitola Sea Spray is the back unit of a duplex, located only one block from Capitola Beach! The entire floor plan is located on the second floor, above your private parking garage.

The living room has recliner and sofa that pulls out to a queen size bed. The entertainment center includes a large flat screen TV with cable. The sliding door leads to small patio with chairs and BBQ Grill.

A desk with wireless internet is also provided.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, dishwasher and microwave. It is fully stocked with kitchen appliances and supplies. Dining table seats six and overlooks the catwalk.

The master bedroom has comfortable queen size bed, matching furnishings, cable, Flat screen TV and large closet. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and matching furniture.

There a washer and dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen.

The private and secure garage offers 2 parking spaces for unit #B and a storage area for your bikes and surfboards.

1 pet may be allowed with approval from the property manager. There will be a $250 non refundable pet fee charged on the reservation.

Thank you for respecting our home and furnishings. NO smoking, no parties, no indoor fireplace usage, and no fireworks.

Our vacation permit limits the max occupancy to 6 people overnight with no exceptions.

Capitola has very strict noise ordinances. Absolutely no loud music or sound anywhere on the property after 10pm and please keep conversations in the backyard as quiet as possible to be respectful of our neighbors. Our neighbors are extremely sensitive to noise after 10pm -- please be warned!

California is in a severe drought- please be mindful of water use. Please conserve as much water as possible by shutting off the water when not immediately required.

If any of these house rules are broken, then we reserve the right to evict as necessary. Breaking the rules of our vacation rental permit can result in fines and the tenant will be responsible for paying them if they are at fault.

Very roomy, great big TV screen, and comfortable beds. We very much enjoyed our stay at Surf CIty.

This place had a great location (2 blocks to the beach). It was well stocked, came with ample towels, soaps/shampoo, etc. It was clean and well kept, had a nice TV and good internet. The beds were comfortable and parking was great. We had an unusually hot weekend and there were no fans for the bedrooms so sleeping at night was uncomfortable. Although it is a great location within walking distance of many things, the place is surrounded by other buildings on most sides so there is not a great natural breeze. It seems like it it would be easy thing to keep a couple of fans in the rental as backup.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very comfortable, clean and convenient. We would definitely stay here again. The two car spaces in the garage was a great bonus too.

Surf City is the ideal place for our family four. This is our family's second stay. It's great coming home after a fun day at the beach to a home that's clean and bright and welcoming. Jody and the management staff are wonderful at communicating with us every step of the way! We can't wait to come back next summer!

Great home, 1 block from Capitola Village and 2 blocks to the beach. It was great to leave our car in garage and not worry about parking meters. We enjoyed the home, great room with all of the accommodations needed for our 3 kids and small dog. We appreciated the property manager delivering us a bbq with the coal and lighter! Super Nice, will come again.

I enjoy spending time with my family, going for long walks on the beach with my husband or cheering for the kids in their various sports events. My favorite activities are surfing, swimming, and hot yoga/ pilates.
