You will have access to the entire basement level. You can also use the backyard to lounge as well. The door into the basement is on the South side of the house. We will communicate if we need to use the laundry. There is a lock between the upstairs and downstairs so you have full privacy. We live in the upstairs space.

We provide our email and numbers. We try to be as available as possible. The best way to contact us is to call or text.
Its best if the shower and the washer are not running at the same time. We have two young children who are busy all the time. They are decent sleepers at night but during the day it may get noisy at times. We can provide new ear plugs for night time.
- Laundry is shared. You're free to use the laundry soap and washer and dryer! However I may also need to use the laundry during your stay so I will be sure to communicate when I need to use it.
- People sleeping upstairs at night, quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 6 AM, especially if you're a night owl. We prefer not to be woken with unnecessary loud talking, loud music, or the laundry being used.

We are a small, friendly family. A dad (Josh), a mom (Marissa), a son (Clark), and a daughter (August). We enjoy all things outdoors; luckily Utah has a lot to offer. We are opening our house to the weary traveler, because we hope to live by the words of Sam Walter Foss - "Let me live in a house by the side of the road where the race of men go by, the men who are good and the men who are bad, as good and as bad as I. I would not sit in the scorner's seat nor hurl the cynic's ban; let me live in a house by the side of the road and be a friend to man."
