8. Please put all towels on the main bathroom floor.
9. Please empty the kitchen bin when you are vacating the property.
10. LOST KEYS OR LOCKED OUT - A $50 cash fee will be charged if a call out is necessary due to an accidental lockout. If the keys are lost, you will incur a $100 charge for the cost of replacement keys.
11. CONDUCT - This is residential accommodation and we ask that all guests be considerate of other residents in the building. No parties are permitted.
12. SECURITY - for security reasons, please close all windows and doors when leaving the property at any time and also in the event of sudden storms or changes of weather.

CLEANING - Every effort is made to ensure your apartment is clean and tidy for your arrival. When vacating please leave the apartment clean & tidy.

This includes removing rubbish and putting it in the bins, washing & drying of dishes, leaving the beds neatly folded back, turning off the lights and air conditioner. If the property is not left reasonably clean, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

The location of the apartment is good, so closed to Australia fair. And, it only take several minutes to drive to main beach. It’s suitable for short-term living and long-term living, cause there’re complete kitchenware and washing machine.

My friend and I are so lucky to have this beautiful and lovely place as our home during our short holiday in Gold Coast. It's neat and tidy as well as giving us spacious room. We cooked and had our dinner in the balcony. The only problem is that we don't drive, so I had to book shuttle buses from time to time. The shuttle bus stop is only 2 minutes away though. Will definitely recommend to our other friends If they come to GC. Thanks to the warm hearted host!

We were looking for apartments to stay in the Gold Coast and my Husband saw Jae's apartment had nore reviews and they sounded Great!. And the reviews were right. We loved the apartment. Plus we were so close to everything and Jae has put together a folder telling you how to get around the place. And also if you haven't really planned your trip, theres information on what to do around the G.C. we would definitely return to the Gold Coast and hopefully Jae's apartment is available again. Thanks Jae.

This unit is in such a great location. Close to shops,cafes and the light rail. We would definitely recommend it, it's well equipped, spotless and has really comfy beds. Although it is in the heart of southport when you come home and sit on the balcony and look over the community park you can really relax.

We had a great stay at Jae's place. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport.
