Our priority is to improve our guests stay experience and this feedback is very useful to us.
Regarding the status of the room, we request from our House Keeping Staff to clean the apartment in the best way possible, for our guests to enjoy their stay with us, therefore we apologize and the housekeeping staff will be notified so this doesn't happen again.
About the shower problem, we contact private professionals with for these type of problems, but not being part of our maintenance staff it may require a bit of time for them to come and fix the problem.
We contacted them regarding the other problems with the heater and the smoke detector and we are happy to notify that these problems have been taken care of.
