I will be around most evenings and available to socialize or assist with anything needed. I will communicate (some might say heavily) through the Airbnb app before, and during your stay. If you see me in the garden or elsewhere, please say hi and let me know if there are any issues that I can assist with during your stay.

If you have concerns or there is anything that you see as less than perfect in the apartment, it is your responsibility to let me know so that I can address it during your stay in my home. My goal as an Airbnb host is to provide a perfect 5 star experience for your stay. I am happy do what I can to address any and all concerns, but I can only do this if you communicate with me.

There are many great restaurants, gyms, shopping, & activities nearby & I'm happy to offer suggestions as requested. There are also many brochures in the house manual (The binder on the dining room table) for your use.

Please note that this house is more than 100 years old. It has quirks and signs of age. This is not new construction and is not a showcase - It is my home.

1. I live upstairs, & this is a quiet neighborhood. I simply ask that people be quiet & respectful of everyone.

2. No unregistered guests without permission.

3. No pets, no smoking (of any kind),no illegal activity, no parties.

4. You are welcome to enjoy the garden, but please do not disturb the plants and do not pick anything.

5. If there is anything that is preventing your stay from perfection, it is your responsibility to notify me so that I can address the issue satisfactorily while you are staying in my home. Failure to communicate issues & then reporting them in final review constitutes sabotage. Airbnb only works if everyone works together. I want your stay to be perfect. Please help me do that.

Certains espaces sont partagés - Driveway, garden, & entries are shared. Apartment spaces (3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dining, & living room) are private & exclusive guest use.
Équipement/service limité - My home is 100+ years old. Some features (counters, tile, tub, windows) are old... not dirty. I replace items as I can afford to. Price reflects this.

Logement sympa. 3 belles chambres. A 1 heure de Boston. Le quartier est calme. Loren prend le temps de communiquer. Un peu déçu par la propreté de la sdb et cuisine.

Please note that in this business, anything less than 5 stars is considered a crushing failure and risks a business' future with Airbnb. In the future, please communicate any issues that you may have with your host so that they can actually address them. Saving feedback and delivering in a passive aggressive manner is akin to hostile. I am sorry that you didn't feel my home was perfect. I wish you would have communicated to me in some way so that I could have addressed your concerns.

We stayed at Loren's place while attending a convention in RI, Loren was friendly but not invasive the place was very cute and clean. We had everything we needed at a great price and in a convenient location only a 10min drive to the convention and within walking distance of all kinds of food. Great stay would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Enjoyed the stay at Loren's BNB. It was very quiet and peaceful. Loren was very pleasant and offered to assist with anything we needed help with.

Just as described, older house, but clean. Loren was a great host. Amazing restaurans near by. I would stay again.

The flat is a few minutes from Hope Village. Where there is a delicious pizza joint, a duck pin bowling alley circa 1920's, The Met ( for live music) and a event space. Only minutes to providence and 20 to TF Green. Lauren is a great host and quick to return any questions and very accommodating. The sweet garden in the back is a great spot for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Would definitely come back.

This is a comfortable, older home in a great location. We could be in downtown Providence in less than ten minutes via various routes. We always felt safe and comfortable during our extended stay and thought it was a great value. We liked having multiple bedrooms and a living room. Loren was very kind and great at communicating quickly regarding any questions we had.

A friend of mine and I attended a convention in Providence, but saw that hotels were pretty pricey down there. I decided to find a place around the area and found Loren's place in Pawtucket, which is a town over from Providence. It is a pretty cozy 3 bdrm apt with all the basic amenities. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, and food/dining is about a 5 to 10 min walk, depending on which neighboring restaurant. Catching a rideshare from his property to downtown Providence is about 10 to 15 mins. I didn't see Loren until the final night before my departure, but he's a great host who will do his absolute best to make your stay as accommodating as possible. I highly recommend Loren's place, especially for bigger groups. You definitely will get value for your stay. THANKS AGAIN!
