Retreat in this eclectic and spacious bungalow. Soak away your stress in an antique claw foot bathtub with a shower (there is NO sink in the bathroom). Take in the breath taking views of the mountains and valley. Relax in the quiet and serene park like setting while watching rabbits and quails scurry around.
This spacious and serene bungalow/casita, which can sleep up to 3 people, has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Cozy up to the wood burning stove on those cold nights or enjoy star gazing as the weather warms up. Ah, New Mexico, where you have sun and clear skies 360 days of the year. Be a part of the tranquility.
There is a full sized bed, large closet with dresser, open living/dining/kitchen area with convection/microwave oven, full sized refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, Keurig, cooking items, dishes, flatware plus much more. The bathroom is like one you would have seen in an old home with a claw foot bathtub with a shower and commode (NO sink in the bathroom, there is a sink in the kitchen), it's like you have walked back into time - relax, refresh, enjoy!
What I expect from my guests: if you are looking for a place where you can drink to excess, stay up all hours of the night and be loud and crazy - this is NOT the place. Alcohol is permitted as long as it is done so responsibly. Illegal substances of any kind are not allowed. Keep inside and outside noise at a minimum between 10pm and 8am out of respect for neighbors, other guests and tenants of the house on the property.

I live in the house across from the bungalow and I will be available if needed. There are Meditative Yoga classes offered on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm. The cost is $10 per person. Please know if you plan on attending the class, you are responsible for your own well-being and taking the class at your own risk.
The kitchen is quaint. It has a convection/microwave oven and 2 burner stove top as well as a coffee maker plus dishes, eating and cooking utensils, and pots and pans. There is a full size refrigerator.
Because this is a quiet neighborhood, outside noise carries, please be respectful of others with no outside noise after 10:00pm and before 8:00am.
Please remove shoes upon entering the space.
The bungalow is a non-smoking and drug free environment. If you wish to smoke you may do it outside, preferably on the driveway area. Because this is a very dry area be very mindful of distinguishing all cigarettes thoroughly and discarding them into an outside trash receptacle.
Guests' animals are not allowed
What I expect from my guests: alcohol is permitted as long as it is done in moderation and enjoyed responsibly. This is not a party space - Loud music, illegal substances or unruly/disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authorities. Guests will be asked to leave when they have been reminded of the house rules and guests continue to ignore them. Guest population (those not staying in the bungalow) is not allowed unless cleared 24 hours in advance with the owner.
Please pick up after yourself placing all used sheets, pillow cases and towels in the large blue bag by the door plus discard all trash in the outside receptacles by the big house - the light gray container is for recycling (no glass) and the dark gray for other trash (leave the bungalow as you found it). Be respectful of all people and wild/animal life in and around the property.
Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am.
À partir du 1 septembre 2017 - 30 novembre 2017, la durée minimum de séjour est de 2 nuits.
