Wake up to breathtaking views of the sunrise on the San Jacinto mountains from your bedroom sliding patio door. Enjoy early morning coffee or tea on the private patio facing the San Jacinto peaks. Inside the casita is a gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a 48" flat screen cable TV, WiFi connection and a washer and dryer. The roomy bathroom has a large rainfall shower. The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with a large closet. This place is a perfect get away for 2 or 3 people.
The spacious 600 square foot casita is new, in perfect condition and designed in a contemporary style.
It's very roomy yet cozy with it's own forced air heating and air conditioning, 9' ceilings, recessed lighting, natural concrete floors and plenty of light. A large sofa is available for a third guest. We can also provide a crib if traveling with an infant. The casita comes with a welcome basket of fruit and snacks, a bottle of wine and lots of bottled water.
The kitchen has microwave, coffee maker and ice maker in the refrigerator. Everything you need for a pleasant stay
including an office desk, chair and WiFi connection.

Palm Springs is my new home, I'm a native of Chicago and have always wanted to design and build a house in California. The house was completed in the fall of 2016. The casita and house are modern in design and very comfortable with views of the San Jacinto mountain on one side and the Tahquitz golf course on the other. I've traveled to Europe many times as well as Africa, Japan, Mexico and Cuba. (My father was Cuban). I enjoy meeting foreign travelers as well as fellow Americans. It's a great way to meet all the nice people that use Airbnb!
