(Please read TOT tax info below!) Sweet, quiet one-bedroom ground-level unit with off-street parking. There is a second-storey unit above that is inhabited by another long-term tenant. At the end of an active day, sit back with a glass of wine then sink into a cozy, plush and romantic pillow-top queen bed...
The couch folds out into a full-size bed with a memory foam topper. This is a hideabed, not the best or the worst. That being said please don't expect a mattress like a regular bed.

Le logement

Available for your use are a toaster oven, coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave oven and a coffee grinder (oops , no, someone stole it). There is a full compliment of eating utensils. Ground coffee is available.
Here are a few things to note: In the "kitchenette" there is no sink. The sink in the bathroom may be used for washing dishes. Dishes must be wiped clean of food with paper towels before washing, as the drain is not designed to handle food waste. The sponge is a "soap sponge" with a handle in the vanity. There is another all-purpose sponge in a tilt-out panel just below the sink counter. There is a small Corian composite shelf under the bathroom sink which can be put in place over the toilet temporarily for staging dishes. Clean dishes may then be placed in the drying rack on the kitchenette, on top of its drip cloth.
We have a smart TV on which you may view Netflix, Amazon movies if you have an account. The TV reception in our area is poor and there are few channels as we have no cable subscription. The wifi, however is fiber optic and great!
There is a small deck with a sitting area and furniture out back. Yes, the "lawn" is funky, as the photo kind of shows. I feel it is still a nice, tranquil place to be, in spite of the drought-ravaged lawn. Please don't complain about this as you have this info upon making your reservation. There is a small, private back yard complete with furniture and a barbecue (briquettes are inside barbecue). Please clean after using.

Note last photo showing address sign on street and on unit (in background, down driveway). Entrance is on the rear left side of the building behind the garage, past the stairs to our permanent tenant's space. Do NOT under any circumstances go upstairs! A number of people who clearly have not read the ad carefully have gone upstairs and annoyed my neighbor. Please respect her space.
There is one space for parking off to the far left in front of the garage door and ON the concrete (as long as you don't have an oil leak). If you have one car please park here and off the street to respect my neighbor's on-street parking. Other cars must be parked on the street.

- No shoes inside-you may place them on shelf inside by the front door
- No smoking within 50 feet of building as smoke can easily drift into the upper apartment windows.

- Parking is on the far left of driveway on the concrete in front of the garage door, and for one car only.
-Please mop up any spills immediately and touch up floor at the end of your stay, thank you.
-Again, please do NOT under any circumstances go to the upstairs apartment. It is private and my tenant likes to keep it that way.
- Please do not allow any extra people without notification and pre-payment. Failure could mean immediate cancellation of your stay.

Regarding your asking for simpler location/arrival instructions: My instructions are the result of more than 150 guests. I don't see how they can be any more clearly explicit. The only thing I am adding is a night light over my own home street address sign. Even my Airbnb address sign is lit up AND painted with phosphorescent paint.

My last position was as an industrial engineer working 1/2 time in Mexico. I also spent 13 years in the challenge course/consulting industry. Now, I spend a few months a year traveling and bicycling in wonderful places!
