Salem is filled with sights and attractions for young and old, fabulous dining. We have three breweries, Salem Beer Works (try the blueberry beer), Notch Brewing and Far from the Tree, Hard Cider brewery. Of course if you love Lobster there are fresh lobster and Clam fry places up and done the coast. Take a sail or Booze cruise around the harbor ( summer). Take the children (and yourselves) to an old fashioned Arcade complete with 100 year old big popcorn popper at the Salem Willows. Plenty of Nightlife and live music in town and across the street.
