The garden apartment with a separate entrance to my listing at the Sperry House will be available from mid May, 2017. It has a lot of light, and is clean and cozy like the rest of the house. For those who like total privacy, this is a good place for you.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, and only a short walk to nearby restaurants. Rosaria was very accommodating and was easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again!

Mary, you were right about the toilet tissue!! I bought it because it was individually wrapped, but I tried it, and boy was it awful. So thanks for the tip, and sorry I forgot to replenish the face tissues.
