Hi Jerry, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay. I received your complaint via our concierge after your departure that the fridge, taps, and toilet were all simultaneously leaking. We immediately had our maintenance personnel out to take a look, but alas, no leaks to be found.
I also received your feedback that you felt the space needed to be renovated. As described in the listing, the space is in original condition, and the photos accurately reflect the space. Our price point also reflects that our space is great value for its location. You can stay in any of the high end hotels in the same location for 3-5+ times the price if you are looking for fancier digs.
I also received your feedback after you left that you were upset that there was no cable TV. The listing explicitly states that there is no cable TV, and the feature is also not listed in the features and amenities section. We do have Netflix, etc., on the Roku powered TV.
I also received your feedback after you left that you feel you shouldn't pay a cleaning fee.
In the future, I would suggest making your concerns known before you leave, so that I can do something about it to make your stay a better one.
