Beautiful spacious Condo is located at the quiet north end of the Prom (boardwalk), which lies within 50' of the sandy beach. Downtown is a 10-15 min stroll to the best dining, shopping, sight seeing, and attractions that Seaside is renowned for. The onsite management office makes check in/out a breeze, and supplies passes for Sunset Empire (2 pools, hot tub, fitness ctr, etc.)!
Please note there is a 2 night minimum on certain Federal Holidays, Special Events, and during July and August, unless only 1 night is available. Pools/Hot Tub/Fitness Ctr located at Sunset Empire less than 1 mile away. Sorry, no pets. This charming studio offers a comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam
mattress, along with a couch pull out bed providing ample room for all! There is a large dinning area as well as a kitchenette including a 4 burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all kitchen necessities perfect for a dine in experience! There is an electric fireplace with optional heat to keep warm on those chilly beach nights. In addition we have a wall mounted HDTV flat screen TV, along with Digital Cable (including HBO West/Family) and a BluRay DVD player for your viewing enjoyment. Want to stay connected with friends or work- free secure WiFi is available. Get your free passes in the office to the Sunset Empire Recreation Complex and enjoy the lap pool, therapy pool, hot tubs, and fitness center- there's even a world class skate park next door! In the Commons Area there is a large Infrared BBQ with included wood chips and all the utensils you'll need to barbeque that whole Salmon you just caught (or bought at any of the local fishmongers!). There is a patio area with tables & chairs to dine outside, and outdoor kitchen, along with a covered smoking area onsite. Out front is a beautiful landscaped lawn where you can plop down on your lawn chair and enjoy our spectacular sunsets. So whether you are seeking that perfect spot for that special occasion, or seeking a fun family getaway, or simply to be away from it all- we hope you'll come stay with us and experience all there is here at the Beach! Must be 18 to rent. Rates are double occupancy, additional Guests (including children over 2 yrs of age) must be declared in advance and the Extra Guest fee paid. Absolutely no smoking of any substance allowed in the condo- there are designated areas close by. Please clean up any Kitchen items used to avoid the $50 cleaning fee. Parking onsite is limited to one vehicle per condo, street parking is available for extra cars. Quite time on the property is 10pm, please adjust volumes accordingly. My unit is not pet friendly, except of course for Service Animals. Management lives onsite and is available 24/7 (phone#'s are posted on the office window). Please do not rearrange furnishings or take any items to the beach that are not specifically for that unit. Please note that burning of incense, candles, etc. is not permitted due to the fire hazard. In addition, the City/State lodging tax of 11.8% is included in the nightly rate as I'm required to remit that amount for each nightly rental.
