The flat is in a magnificent Grade ii listed property, right in the heart of the city, on the corner of Park Row, with the best bars, restaurants & night life in Leeds on the door step. It is just 700 yards from the train station, likewise walking distance to all attractions, just cross the street for the award winning Trinity shopping centre, short stroll would get you to the market stalls & independent boutiques, many of which are housed within breathtaking Victorian and Edwardian buildings.

This is a cosy little pad in a lovely converted historic building with a 24-Hour Check-in facility, furnished to a good specification. Wi-Fi included.

The kitchen has a two plate hob and microwave plus all the essentials including cutlery and utensils. Coffee, tea and sugar are provided.
Bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hair dryer and straighteners are also provided.
Has contactless wall mounted hand sanitiser

There is on street parking outside the apartment at weekends, albeit limited space and it is chargeable hourly between 8am to 10pm (£3 from 6pm-8am).
