I reside on the property. There is a large fenced garden area that adds to privacy. Check the provided Lost Coast Journal weekly publication for events happening in the area, it comes out everyThursday. Please contact me with any questions at anytime. There are hiking trails close by, without having to drive your car: Trinidad Head, Trinidad State Beach, Indian Beac are a few examples.
Trinidad continues as and is a former working town of crab and fishermen. You will see boats arriving to wait their time at the busy boat launch. There is a short pier by Seascape arestaurant, a favorite hangout for locals and tourists. The bay beach area bustles with kayakers. The forest frontage road north of town takes you to Patrick's Point and College Cove Beach. Scenic Drive, south of Trinidad winds and curves past surfing spots, Luffenholtz, to expansive Moonstone Beach.
Quiet time after 9 pm to 7am. My retreat is in a small tranquil neighborhood community, I respect my neighbors' privacy. The city of Trinidad has a Vacation Rental Ordinance which is attached in the home photos section as airbnb does not have a download for Local Laws. Please review, and sign your agreement of the contract. There is also a copy in the House Folder. As I reside on the property, please contact me with any questions or concerns. There is a copy of Trinidad's "Good Neighbor Policy" also in the information folder. Trinidad has a fragile septic system. Please be careful in the overloading of inappropriate items when flushing as it will impact waste water. Please use wastebasket for items other than toilet paper. No babywipes, or wipes of any kind. Thank you.
