This is a fully furnished unit that is part of a duplex in the heart of West Vail. The unit is in an upper class neighborhood surrounded by homes that are valued at several million! There 4 separate entrances to the unit. It comes with 2 dedicated parking spaces. There is a back entrance that has a trail that leads to Matterhorn Dr. From there is the FREE vail bus (for skiers and snowboarders as well) is only several hundred yards away. So NO taxi or uber needed!
The entire building is built against the mountain. This is unit B at the bottom of the building. There are residents in the top unit A. The square feet for this unit is approx. 1400. There is a fireplace in the family room and every room and bedroom is equipped with High Speed WIFI, cable TV with over 500 channels.

Guests have access to two stacking parking spaces to the left of the house on the grated driveway. There is a lock box on the front door with the keys to the front door, Unit B front and back door. Guests have access to the common hallway to get to unit B at the bottom of the stairwell. Guest also have access to a deck outside of the back door and a trail that leads to a side entrance to the driveway and a trail that leads to Matterhorn Drive below the house. There is a boiler room and an owners closet that guests are not to access. Guests do not have access to the garage or unit A. Guests have access to FREE Vail bus line that also picks up and drops off from Vail Transportation Center where CME (Colorado Mountain Express) picks and drops off.

I am available via phone and my sister Tracy and her husband Christian occupy unit A (top unit of duplex) and are available when needed as well.
There are three flights of stairs to get to the unit. This is not a unit for anyone that is handicapped.
-Guests are to respect quiet time outside of the unit after 9pm. There is NO smoking inside of ANY KIND in the unit or on the premises. Guests will be asked to leave the property.
-Guests must park in one of two stackable spaces on the LEFT side of the driveway. Guests must drive slow especially when there is ice and snow and are responsible for any damages that may occur.
-Guests are permitted to smoke on the small deck outside of the back door off of the family room.
-There are two sets of keys. Each set has 3 keys on it for entrance to the house from front door, unit B and the back entrance. Guests are to leave a set of the keys on the kitchen counter and another set back in the lock box.
-No pets allowed
-Guests are encouraged to leave home in similar condition as when they checked in. The cleaning fee is used to clean the unit NOT to pick up after guests and will be rated accordingly in survey.
-Guests do not have access to the garage EXCEPT to throw away the garbage. Guests can access the garage to the trash can from inside of the home.
-For the BACK DOOR, if you pull up on the handle once closed will automatically lock the door.
-Guests DO NOT have access to the decks surrounding Unit A but DO have access to the small deck and the outside of the back door and the small deck leading from the trail of the back door separate from the house.
-Ski's and Snowboards are to be kept outside next to the deck. Your equipment is very safe due to the neighborhood and the complete privacy of the unit.
