Access south side of house through private gate using 4 digit code. Full use of main section of house includes living room, dining room, kitchen with nook, two bedrooms, patio with wicker table and small grill, string lights for night time.

Coffee, tea and breakfast rolls in fridge. Owner and college-age grandson live in back with two small dogs. Our entry is separate. We love meeting you, but your space remains private although upon rare occasion I utilize the large oven in the kitchen.
Self-check in. Will contact guests with code for entry gate before their arrival.
The City of Santa Cruz has an 11% Occupancy Tax which will be added to the total. This is paid separately to the host after your arrival and is then remitted to the city. An envelope and receipt for the tax will be found at the residence.
