Perfect location for the summer and winter. Enjoy everything Lake Tahoe has to offer all year round. Less than 1 mile to the Heavenly CA Ski Lodge and Tram. Just minutes to the beautiful Lake Tahoe as well as I five minute drive to all the nightlife including clubs, casinos, shops and seasonal festivals. And also mini fabulous restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance

- Quiet Hours in the Condo Complex are After 10pm. No Large Groups, No Loud Parties.
- - Guests are required to sign, acknowledge and return the rental contract before they are given the check-in instructions for the home. Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified. Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay. Check in is anytime after 3PM *Occupancy: Limited to number of persons listed on rental agreement after approved. You may be asked to leave without a refund if maximum is exceeded. If police are called for any complaint a fine of $250 may be issued. *Parking: Cars shall only be in designated spaces, and limited to number of spaces provided for this particular property. *Trash: Do not place plastic bags outside for trash pick up!! Bears, Racoons and Other animals are drawn to food in trash. Only leave trash in dumpster in front of Condo Building. Any excess trash remaining at time of departure should be left in the kitchen, bagged. * Noise, etc.: Occupants shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or interfere with any neighbors at any time. Interfering with their quiet enjoyment may result a monetary fine and vacating the property without a refund. South Lake Tahoe area wide “quiet time” starts at 9 pm and ends at 8 am. Please keep the noise level at a minimum. Sound Travels easily here; Check your noise level in the evening hours especially, send one of your group outside, if they can hear any music or noise you are being too loud. If the police are called to the residence for a noise complaint you can and will be issued a citation of up to $250 for a first offense… ** Any guest who violates the City ordinance and causes a neighbor to take legal or other action against the owner of the property, will be directly responsible for any of the owner’s fees (legal or other) until the situation is settled in or out of court. Please refer to the rental contract for other policies You must also acknowledge Must climb stairs - 1 small staircase with railing Pet(s) live on property - 1 dog and cat live in the condo, but will not be on premise during rental period. No parking on property - 2 parking spaces in the spot marked 31 in front. 2 cars need to be 1 behind the other. There is also guest parking available on most days.
