NEW LISTING!!! No reviews yet here but check out reviews on our places in Breck.
This one-bedroom unit has been recently remodeled in a hip, lakehouse-inspired style. It has absolutely amazing views across Lake Dillon to the Ten Mile Range.
There is one flight of stairs to a shared vestibule. In the unit itself, there is bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser, and closet. There is a full bathroom with Dove bath products. The living area has a sofa bed, tv with cable, dining table, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a two-burner stove, mini-fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker and microwave. It has enough stuff to make a nice pasta meal but no oven to bake cookies. There is a small deck looking over the lake. Cool design touches include wood floors througout, rock sink, mountain-modern furniture, and vintage photographs.
The building has a large grassy area, volleyball court, picnic tables, grills, and lake access.

We live in Denver and you will access the condo with a code so we likely won't see you. But, if you need us we try to be available during waking hours. 24/7 service isn't guaranteed.
This condo is located in an older building that isn't as nice on the outside as our is on the inside. There is also limited parking. You only get one parking pass and it does not guarantee a space. On busy holiday weekends, you may have to park 1/2 mile away in overnight parking in the Town of Dillon. It hasn't happened to us yet, but you can't park at the building, we will buy you dinner (refund you $25 for your troubles).
When we're not getting up to our own condo in the Rocky Mountain town of Breckenridge, we love to travel. We really try to get a true-life experience of a place and have found AirBNB helps immerse you in a city.
As guests, we like to be busy, so you probably won't see us much. As hosts, we don't live in the same city as our condo, so you likely won't see us at all. But, we are available by text, email to help make your stay fantastic.
