Location, location, location. Walk to Staples/Convention Center/Walt Disney Concert Hall/LA Live/Macy's/Whole Foods. The Standard, Perch, Grand Central Market, Arts District, 71 Above, Bottega Louie. Take the subway to the beach/Santa Monica/Culver City. Shop Macy's, brand new Nordstrom Rack, Burlington, Target, tons of bars and restaurants. Fed Ex, Chase, Wells Fargo, BofA, USPS, UPS, they are all here. Bus lines are available right outside front door and red line subway that services all LA lines is right downstairs. This haven in the Financial District is surprisingly quiet. Great for business travel or a romantic getaway.

Rooftop amenities are open 7am - midnight everyday. Pool, hot tub, indoor/outdoor lounge seating, serving kitchen and dining table (aside from what is in the loft!) Lounge in the outdoor fireplaces seating areas. The building's gym is accessible 24 hours a day and has brand new equipment. XL deep tub & shower.
Sonos sound system that's easy to tap into to play your own travel playlist, Sony sound bar for the TV, and the fastest internet/wifi available from my provider.

You are my 'guests' during your visit. Please don't call on the leasing office for any reason. If you're curious about moving into the building or touring available loft spaces, just ask and I would be happy to make an appointment for you. I'm also a real estate agent so let me know if you happen to be in town looking for a new home, office, retail or restaurant/bar space.
Help yourself to bath and pool towels in the bathroom.
Building rules frown on more than a couple of guests on the roof/pool/hot tub/bbq with you so please, no parties.
No glass containers in the pool area for safety. There are plastic cups in the drawer under the stove. :)
The loft is best for guests who prefer to Lyft, Uber or use public transportation. There are bus stop on each corner. If you need guest parking, it's $25 a day with no in and outs (sorry it's DTLA) And I will need to put the request in writing to the parking manager when you book your stay.
Lost key fob for the gym will incur a $50 replacement charge.
