Experience spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean north & west, from Seaside to the Long Beach Peninsula, as you gaze from the two large corner windows of this upstairs, comfortable Studio Condo, approximately 50 feet from the beach- on the Prom! Please note that my rates do not include pet fees which must be paid separately upon arrival- $20 for 1 pet & $30 for 2 the first night, $10/$15 respectively each additional night.

Please note there is a 2 night minimum on certain Federal Holidays and during July and August, unless only 1 night is available. Pools/Hot Tub/Fitness Ctr is located at Sunset Empire less than 1 mile away (note they are closed for remodel Oct 20 through Dec 3). Enjoy watching the ever changing view, incredible sunsets, white water storms, flocks of birds flying both North & South along the ocean waves and whales migrating both spring & fall.

This Oversized 'studio' contains bedroom, living room, dining room & kitchen all in one room, with adjoining bathroom. This is a NON ADA upstairs condo with stairs only.

The Queen size bed with memory foam mattress and king size fold out modular, provide sleeping room for any combination of up to 4 adults, 2 adults and 3 children, etc. The living room contains a cozy electric fireplace with heat, a flat screen HDTV with DVD & VHS players and Digital Cable with HBO, and a leather rocker/recliner. Free WiFi is also included.

The well equipped kitchen has a full size refrigerator, 4 burner stove with oven and a microwave. Most common utensils, pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot and toaster, teapot. Both regular and decaf coffee, creamer, sugar substitute & sugar are provided. Plan to cook your own meals in this unit or on the fully equipped propane BBQs (one Infrared w/wood chips) provided in the common area for use by all guests. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea out on the common patio while you listen to the sound of the ocean.

Free passes (please ask at the office when you check in) for swimming, hot tubing, and fitness center at the Sunset Empire Recreation Center located approximately one mile from the condo are provided at the office.

Stroll 50 feet to the beach or down the 'Prom' to Seaside Aquarium, the famous Broadway 'turnaround', Merry-go-Round, downtown shopping, & the Downtown Convention Center. Enjoy Beach Combing, Clamming, Beach Volleyball, Kite flying, wave skimming, Bike/Surrey rental. Visit the Historical Museum & Butterfield Cottage, the Outlet Mall, and the Seaside Cinema. Enjoy Helicopter rides, Wall Climbing, Horseback riding or Golfing at one of the 3 local Golf courses. Day trips may include: Astoria-the Columbia River Maritime Museum, Astoria Aquatic Center, the Astor Column, Astoria's floating bridge all located within a 20 minute drive. Cannon Beach/Haystack Rock & Cannon Beach Playhouse are located approx 5 miles south on Hwy 101. Fort Stevens and Fort Clatsop are both within 10 miles, as is river and deep sea fishing from the Hammond Marina (don't miss the 'Pilot Boats'!). Or hike/bike the Tillamook Head trail for spectacular views and a great workout.

Must be 18 to rent. Rates are double occupancy, additional Guests (including children over 2 yrs of age) must be declared in advance and the Extra Guest fee paid. Absolutely no smoking of any substance in any unit- designated covered smoking areas are close by. Please clean up any Kitchen Ware used. Parking on site is limited to one car per Condo, additional parking is available on the street. Quiet time is 10pm each night- please adjust volumes accordingly! Pets must be declared and pet fees paid upon check in- $20 for 1 pet the 1st night, $30 for 2 pets. Additional night Pet fees are $10/$15 respectively. Pets may not be left unattended at any time, and must be on leash while on the property. The onsite management office can be reached at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Please do not rearrange any of the furnishings in the unit for any reason- there is a potential fire hazard when items are moved next to baseboard heaters and A/C outlets, also burning candles is not allowed for the same reason. In addition please do not take any items to the beach, unless the item is specifically for that purpose. Also of note, we include the 11.8% lodging tax in the nightly rate which we are required to remit to the City & State for each night's rental.

My sister and I stayed at June's condo in Seaside and were thrilled with the location. Overall, comfortable bed and enough cooking utensils for personal needs. I wish the fitness center had better hours with the hottub, but it is an added bonus.

Great location. Very quiet in the evening. Very clean and thank you for the dog bone. My girl was very happy. Only thing would consider for this unit is ongoing construction next door.

June's place is just as described - absolutely lovely! The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful and the condo itself was spotless and very well stocked. The bed was SO comfortable! There was also a little 'welcome' packet for our dog, complete with towel, doggy bag and a biscuit :). Due to a family emergency, we had to cut our trip short and both the office and June were very understanding. We were disappointed to have to leave - we are sure we would have enjoyed more time there and we hope to return soon!

What a perfect location! The 2nd story view from this cozy place is just right to see the surf, we even saw a rainbow after a day of rain. Right across the Promenade is a path to the ocean. We walked along the water to access dining spots as the street signs were on the beach. Diagonal parking with our sedan was fine.

Spent one night here, but thoroughly enjoyed it! We had a quick trip to Seaside this past weekend. The place was exactly what we needed. The check-in/out was super easy and the people who handled it were very nice. The location is perfection...pretty much as close to the beach as you can get and the view out the corner unit windows is everything! The kitchen had plenty of appliances and even spices! The cleaning service even had a towel/dog treat/poop bag for our dog. Highly recommend!

Simple but nicely maintained condo within walking distance to broadway and Main Street Seaside. Condo however is not ON the promenade as noted in the ad, but rather set back behind another row of units that block much of the ocean view. Your view is at an angle across a parking lot, making the value for money somewhat less. Additionally, we found the electric fireplace more for ambiance than any real heating value.

Sorry you didn't care for this unit. We do have other units -The ones that partially blocked your view. Maybe next time we could put you in one of those so you can get the closest view of the ocean you can get in Seaside, for the price. We try to keep our prices competitive with the similar establishments in our area -Usually $15 - $20 less a night than most places.
