Also pick up your free passes to Sunset Empire (2 pools/Hot Tub/Fitness Cntr/Classes/etc.)!
Please note there is a 2 night minimum on certain Federal Holidays and during July and August, unless only 1 night is available. Pools/Hot Tub/Fitness Ctr at Sunset Empire less than 1 mile away (note- closed for remodel 10/20-12/3). A queen size bed in the bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the main room offer ample sleeping space. There is a Smart HDTV, Digital Cable with HBO West & Family, along with a Blu-ray player for your viewing pleasure. The Condo includes multiple family games and movies, and even has beach towels! The full kitchen includes a 4 burner stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, and all of the kitchen utensils/necessities are great for a dine-in experience or breakfast in the morning! Enjoy your coffee at the breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, or dinner on the large dining table and 4 chairs while enjoying the amazing views out of the 2 large picture windows! Free WiFi is available, to keep you connected to friends and family as well. Enjoy the outdoor patio and covered BBQ's in the Commons Area- you may also play games or enjoy the sunsets out on the expansive front lawn! Be sure and pick up your passes in the small onsite office for the Sunset Empire Rec Center, where you'll have year round unlimited access to the lap & therapy pools, as well as the hot tub and fitness center! This unit is pet friendly- Pet fees apply, and are paid at the onsite management office when checking in. Fees are $20 for 1 pet the 1st night, and $30 for 2 pets the 1st night. Additional nights are $10 & $15 respectively.

Must be 18 to rent. Rates are double occupancy, additional Guests (including children over 2 yrs of age) must be declared in advance and the Extra Guest fee paid. Absolutely no smoking of any substance in any unit- designated covered smoking areas are close by. Please clean up any Kitchen Ware used in order to avoid a $50 cleaning fee. Parking on site is limited to one car per Condo, additional parking is available on the street. Quiet time is 10pm each night- please adjust volumes accordingly! Pets must be declared and pet fees paid upon checkin- $20 for 1 pet the 1st night, $30 for 2 pets. Additional night Pet fees are $10/$15 respectively. Pets may not be left unattended at any time, and must be on leash while on the property. The onsite management office can be reached if needed (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Please do not rearrange any of the furnishings in the unit for any reason- there is a potential fire hazard when items are moved next to baseboard heaters and A/C outlets!
