Échanges avec les voyageurs
Interaction with guests will be dictated by the guest. We understand that sometimes you simply want to be left alone and we respect this. Due to this, you will be the deciding factor on this.
Berlin is a crazy city that embraces open mindedness like nowhere else, and we ask that you embrace this libertarian attitude during your stay with us.
Hermanplatz can be a little loud, just shut your windows.
Our neighbors are cool, but this is their building and some have families. Just be respectful and they will resect you back
As previously stated, we are about as easy going as it comes. We understand that this is Berlin and that there is just about as much a chance you will come crawling home as you will walk. This said we ask that you show us, our neighbors, and other guests a little respect. Don't be a juicebox, that simple.
Sound in the apartment is not much of a problem given how large it is. We ask that after 12.00 you just refrain from screaming or commiting any murders.
Please pick up after yourself. Our cleaning fee is low, and that was a choice. If you have any problems at all, we ask that you please remain communicative and let us know.
This is not our first time and we are more than happy to work with anyone and their experience. If there is something that we may do better for you, please just let us know.
Check out is firm. We are more than happy to keep your baggage a little longer if needed, but understand that we have a finite number of keys and that you are running the risks based around our schedules.
Other than that, simply have fun and be safe.
A chef by trade and seasoned backpacker living in Berlin where I have ran a restaurant and resided for the past year and a half. Cooking and a tiny addiction to the unknown has led me to spend the last five years cooking, learning and working vineyards between Australia, South East Asia, Germany and eastern Europe, with smaller stints done around the states.
I spent a year in San Francisco cooking at the Michelin Starred Restaurant Gary Danko and completing the Culinary Arts program at the California Culinary Academy. A pastry chef at Doug Flicker's internationally acclaimed and Minnesota located Piccolo I found a passion for desserts and fresh baking. Working and running vineyards and restaurants across Australia, I have spent the last eight years in the industry. Currently I am running a restaurant located in Friedrichshain, Berlin.
As hosts we cater ourselves to our guests. We may not be able to show one around all of the time, however, we do know the city very well and are more than happy helping you plan a Berlin experience tailored to you.
People have called us awesome. I agree.
