Welcome to another famous neighborhood of NYC - Elmhurst.

The area is south of Jackson Heights, with its north side bordering Roosevelt Avenue and its south is the Long Island Expressway.

Like most neighborhood in Queens, Elmhurst is comprised of supermarkets, barbers, laundromats, and dentists’ and accountants’ offices.

With many of our properties in the neighborhood, our tenants are exposed to treats from all over the world without leaving the vicinity, The area is gradually becoming a melting pot of international cultures judging from the amount of international cuisines.

Speaking of which, many restaurants here will take your breath away, namely Il Triangolo. The Burrata, and Homemade bruschetta with chopped tomatoes balsamic and basil is the bomb dot com. One of our members will not stop gushing about the lasagna here.

The large dish is also homemade with a signature meat sauce. You have to stop by if you get a chance!
